After more than a decade of touring and three albums, The Great Bear Trio continues to push the boundaries and set the standard for modern contra dance music. Multi-instrumentalist brothers Andrew and Noah VanNorstrand are ably accompanied by their mother Kim "Mama Bear" Yerton on piano. Their driving rhythm, epic dynamics and uniquely rocking style have given them a loyal following all over North America.
Nils has been calling traditional squares and contras for 15 years. What began as an interesting hobby quickly became a profession. Dance calling has allowed him to crisscross the country many times in the last decade; he has also worked in Canada and Denmark. He is known for breathing new life into traditional singing squares, and in 2010 he co-authored a book on the topic with master caller, Ralph Sweet. Respected for his expertise as a teacher and caller, and beloved for his sensitive leadership and generosity, Nils is one of the most sought-after callers in the business.
An energetic young dance band from Boston, the Free Raisins fuse New England roots with a modern groove. They promise a versatile mix of supremely danceable tunes - come out an get your two scoops worth! Audrey Knuth on fiddle, Amy Englesberg on piano and Jeff Kaufman on mandolin and trumpet.
regularly calls contras for dance communities across the country. Her calling style is notable for her clear, precise choice of words, brisk walk-throughs, and overall energy. She is constantly collecting new and interesting dances to complement Great Bear Trio's eclectic and exuberant dance music.

"Stay in one of our nostalgic tourist camping cabins or bring your own RV, camper, or tent and stay in an "auto-camp" site. Designed to accommodate weary automobile travelers of the new tourism industry in 1920's, 30's and 40's, tourist cabins and auto-camps were the traveler's mainstay. Our cabins and sites have had some modern updates but they remain as accommodating and pleasant now as since Sunset's opening in early 1930." - Sunset RV Park websiteSunset RV Park, Inc.
